What we do

What’s included.

A Framework Travel Plan is usually asked for at outline stage, or where a site will have several occupiers or phases. It sets the overall targets, measures and management, and explains how each occupier or phase will produce its own plan.

  • Site-wide objectives and targets
  • Measures for the whole site and each phase
  • How occupier Travel Plans will follow on
  • Coordinator roles and handover
  • Monitoring framework and triggers
  • Links to Section 106 obligations
How we approach it

Straightforward, proportionate, agreed early.

Set it up to last

A structure that still makes sense when the site is half built and ownership has changed.

Clear handover

Each occupier knows what they have to do and when, without starting from scratch.

Matched to the obligations

Targets and triggers line up with the Section 106 wording, so nobody is caught out later.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

When is a Framework Travel Plan needed?

Usually at outline stage, or for sites with several occupiers or phases where the end users are not yet known.

Will each occupier need its own Travel Plan?

Often, yes, for larger occupiers. The Framework sets the template and targets they follow.

Can a Framework Travel Plan be updated later?

Yes. Most are reviewed at set points, such as reserved matters or first occupation of each phase.
