Who we are
Ripple Development Planning is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@weareripple.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number, role, and the site details you send us.
- Guide downloads: your email address, and whether you want our monthly email.
- Call requests: the details you send us by email.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract). To send the monthly email only if you tick the box (consent), which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every email.
Who else handles it
Our form provider, Web3Forms, passes what you send through our forms to our inbox. Our website is hosted by Netlify. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: 24 months. Project records: up to 15 years, for professional indemnity purposes. Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@weareripple.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
