Condition-ready

Structured to match the condition so it can be discharged quickly.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

When is a Delivery and Servicing Plan needed?

Usually for London schemes and town-centre developments, often secured by condition.

Do residential schemes need one?

Often in London, because home deliveries are a big share of servicing trips.

Is it the same as a Construction Logistics Plan?

No. A CLP covers construction. A DSP covers the building once it is occupied.

What a Delivery and Servicing Plan covers

A Delivery and Servicing Plan sets out how deliveries, waste collection and servicing will work once a building is in use. Councils ask for one where servicing could affect road safety, traffic flow or neighbours.

  • Expected vehicle types, how often they arrive and how long they stay.
  • Where they stop, with tracking to show they can enter and leave safely.
  • Booking, delivery windows and consolidation, to keep vehicles off busy times.
  • Refuse collection, and who is responsible for the plan once the building is occupied.
